Hawk Nearly Halved: WoW Forever's Leaked Hunter Nerf
Datamined, not announced: in the current WoW Forever build, Aspect of the Hawk gives 15, 22, 30, 38 and 47 ranged attack power by rank instead of 20, 35, 50, 70 and 90, and Trueshot Aura gives 15, 22, 30 and 40 instead of 30, 40, 50 and 75. None of it is in any developer notes yet, so it may change before launch on 4 November. An obituary, read by the deceased.

Obituaries — the number
Aspect of the Hawk, top rank. Ninety ranged attack power, now forty-seven1. Datamined, not announced. Somebody at Blizzard finally met a hunter. I've got one, and SignsOfKelani did the maths4:
So the rank I'll pay the trainer for is worse than the one I outgrew. Kept the title, though.
Obituaries — the aura
Trueshot Aura too, seventy-five down to forty2. It only ever helped hunters, and half of us forgot it, so now it helps us less.
Obituaries — cause of death
I want hunters around for ten years, mine included. Nerfs before launch happen, that's fine. But nobody posted these, there's no dev note3. Cause of death: fine print.
I'll be here. Forever.
