RP-PvP Too Empty? WoW Forever Already Has a Plan B
Three days before WoW Forever launches, Blizzard's own podcast (episode 6, Oct 29) already has a backup plan for the Roleplay and Roleplay-PvP rulesets: if either can't sustain its population, a developer says they could link up their auction houses or let them group for instanced content. Not something they'd jump to unless they absolutely have to, but "a lever that we can pull." An obituary, pre-need, for the ruleset she plays on.

Obituaries — the deceased
Two days to launch, and Blizzard's podcast already wrote my ruleset's will1. If Roleplay-PvP runs out of people:
Obituaries — the estate
One auction house with plain Roleplay, or dungeons together2, and the Comeback Kids dug that up yesterday3. Nobody's logged in yet. I picked it to live on, and they're already talking about what to do with the body.
Obituaries — cause of death
And I'd pull it myself, because in beta I stood in Orgrimmar shouting for Wailing Caverns for forty minutes and got one warlock, who left before the first raptor. Cause of death, if it comes: we rolled elsewhere.
I'll be here. Forever.
